Though situated on a busy road ( in the rush hour) once inside the house it is astonishingly quiet and peaceful. Marie is a wonderful, kind host, and breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam from the fruit trees in her amazing terraced garden. Room was quite simply furnished but very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for making tea, coffee, snacks etc. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable room, nice but not exceptional breakfast. Parking is off-road but outside. Could do with a bathroom door. Marie and her daughter were very nice though. Easy to find and a short walk to Poitiers centre. There is a well equipped kitchen which may be used by guests to prepare their own meals if they wish.

Clean, comfortable, able to accommodate us at the last moment. Has kitchen and dining area for guests use.

Bien que nous ne soyons restés qu'une nuit. C'était très agréable ! La propriétaire, Marie, était un véritable amour ! Elle a été très accueillante ! Les chambres étaient très bien entretenues et confortables et le petit déjeuner était succulent ! L'environnement était très calme et nous avions un grand jardin à notre disposition ! Si vous cherchez une chambre d'hôte qui vaut le détour, c'est ici qu'il faut aller ! Je le recommande fortement !

Très bon séjour aux trois fontaines, à 3 minutes en voiture de la Villa Emma. Chambre avec salle de bain privative très confortable et petit déjeuner de qualité en toute tranquillité. Lit enfant également prévu !

Accueil chaleureux, de bons conseils, petit déjeuner maison avec de délicieuses confitures. Hôtesse aux petits soins. Bonne situation pour aller au centre ville à pied. Jardin agréable et paisible. Seul bémol, problème de bruit entre les pièces car vieille maison mais tout à fait vivable 😉
