I still have 4000km to go, a leakage of the cooling. refused at 2 other garages because of busyness. it was also busy at the BMW dealer, but the service is as I am used to from BMW. exactly the reason why I choose this brand. there are cars and there are BMWs. In addition, the price was also very reasonable. thanks for the good care, you keep the name in honor.

Very good dealership with knowledgeable and helpful people, willing to go the extra mile. Appointments are kept and on schedule. To a non-French speaker they were most accommodating. Merci Mr. Michael. Highly recommendable.

Jean-Michel Penaranda and Julian were the two salesman that I worked with to but my gorgeous blue mini from. Why two salesmen? Because I don't speak French, obviously. The garage made two salesmen available to me to give me a seamless experience. The knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. They even let me drive to my apartment twice, two different cars, so that I could see if they fit inside my garage.... who does that?? Oliva Motors, that's who. The first car was too large the second car was perfect. When I arrived to pick up my car it was parked in the showroom and looked brand new, even though it is a 2020. Julian spent a good amount of time explaining every single feature of the car, every single button, switch and dial including setting up my iPhone and changing the programs language. Truly exceptional service. At least 4 stars. I highly recommend this company.

I brought my 2016 English Mini with me to France when we moved, and have subsequently received 2 recalls from BMW/Mini to my UK address. After contacting Oliva by email, on both occasions I received a reply within 24hours to book my car in for the repair and was even offered a courtesy car. I was received promptly and professionally at the service desk. On the first occasion in 2020, along with the recall work, I also requested my headlight direction to be changed (for a RH drive car on French roads) - I was pleasantly surprised that I was only charged around €20 for this! I even got my car back cleaned inside and out - what a nice surprise to receive that service. Today, I received an apology that only the inside had been cleaned due to water regulations in the P-O. I thanked them for saving the water, and explained that the same restriction is the reason my car was so dirty in the first place! After many other dreadful customer service experiences since we moved to France, it is a refreshing change to have such excellent service from the team at Oliva. I would be happy to recommend the after sales team to anyone who needs it and would happily take my car back here again should it be needed.

A very nice garage, with good service and nice showroom. I purchased a new car in 2013 and will go back when I change it. Services always seem well done and the car always gets completely cleaned inside and out. The only criticism is: that they do not provide a car (either free or rental) to drive home, while your car is with them.

Michael Meilhac and the workshop team were amazing. We had an engine failure on the motorway near Perpignan. They helped us and fixed it within very few hours although their workshop was booked out for the following days. Merci beaucoup!

Horrible people, but reading these reviews I see they're like it with everybody. Crawled into the place on a Monday with an overheating BMW and they said they could look at it on Friday. Managed to get across the border into Spain where a BMW dealer dealt with the problem properly. I'd abandon my car and walk before I'd go back to these jokers
