Unfortunately, the client never paid for the completed project, and Malt did not provide any effective support in resolving the issue. They state they are not responsible, yet they are happy to take their commission — a very disappointing experience for a freelancer/contractor.

This company has no values; you need to avoid depending on them and their services. The promises they make are full of nothing. After losing two months because of them and their empty promises, I found my happiness outside.

DO NOT USE! Terrible platform. UK Freelancers please avoid using this platform. They use your information on the site you have inputted to find work to use to solicit introductions to clients from your CV. I completed work over a month ago and I am still waiting for get paid. I’ve told freelancers in my network and clients to not work with Malt or use the platform. I will be deleting my account once I finally get paid. I would advise people to use Worksome and YunoJuno

Malt is a joke of a company. Its portal is full of bugs, and you will find no-one to help you through them. They just refuse to take any calls, and reply only via emails in the most absurd ways possible. Terrible service, terrible company.

The Malt platform truly is awesome. I met almost all of my clients in there and got the ability to build a portfolio without any contact. The staff is very sweet and the community awesome !

I am using Malt for more than 3 years as a freelancer. It's definitly worth it ! I have found most of my client throw their services.

Terrible platform with hard to use navigation and a poor (not helpful at all) support. For me it was a complete waste of time, can't recommend.
