My mother and I stayed here for four nights, because the cheap pricing made it convenient, and it was relatively easy to travel to Paris. The room itself was okay for what you pay for. The beds were spacious, and clean enough. Although our sheets did have an odd odor the first night. The bathroom, however, was repulsive. It reeked of cigarette and seawater. We noticed this the very first time we even walked into the room. The staff was very accommodating and worked to understand our English, and poor attempts at French. The hotel provides free hot water upon request, which was nice. There are also microwaves available for use. On the last night of our stay, we were locked out of our rooms because we had to pay a local tax, which was never disclosed. It was only about 1 euro, but it was just inconvenient to be locked out of our room. Overall, I would stay here again because of the pricing. It's nothing upscale obviously, but the room has what you need.

It's exactly what it says: a "budget" hotel. We stayed here with our son for two nights on our way to and back from Disneyland Paris. The room is small but functional. The beds are extremely hard. Towels, soap, shampoo and bed linen are provided, the shower and toilet are basic but fine. There is no airconditioning, so the only way to air out the room is to sleep with the window open, which is not very ideal when you sleep on the ground floor. No elevator. It is moderately clean, could really be cleaned a bit better. The breakfast was basic but good. Juice, water, milk, coffee and tea. Croissant, baquette, some cheese, nutella, honey, breakfast cereal etc. Friendly staff. Ideal for a quick night when you're on the road and you aren't looking for comfort, just a place to sleep. If not, pay a little more and pick another hotel.

The name of the hotel speaks for itself; "Budget". The room was clean but not spacious or luxurious, of course. If you just need a place to stay and take a shower, then you really do not need to spend more than that. The staff was very polite and really tried to help even though some did not speak English. The guy in the reception who spoke good English was very informative and guided us well when we asked info regarding trains and metro stations. That was highly appreciated. The breakfast was very good and the price was excellent for what was offered. I would go again.

I have booked the IBIS Val D’Europe and paid, When email come it was of different IBIS hotel. I immediately called and sent email, but there was no response. They even didn’t reply once to my email. The booking was non-refundable and I lost my all money without using hotel. They even didn’t help to change the hotel to same IBIS chain.

The guy on a desk was friendly and nice. The the rooms was really warm, tooooo warm. We slept really really bad. Its ok when you really just want to sleep and shower. Parking area was for free and enough. Thats good indeed. You can get some warm drinks n Snacks 24h our near the reception. It reminds me like the bath in a campervan.

No refrigerator, no microwave, NO AIR-CONDITIONED rooms. IBIS USED to be a descent place to stay. Now they will still keep your money if travel arrangements change. The night employee was very helpful. I forgot to mention, there seems to be an extended stay here as well, the children will not be in bed before midnight.

Stayed here for two nights to go to Paris and Disney. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO USE YOUR OWN CAR. ||||The hotel is clean and as expected. The rooms are about the size and have the feel of a clean caravan. Although we booked breakfast, they ran out of bread and didn't replace it. The staff are pleasant.||||We booked this hotel so we could use public transport and avoid parking costs at Disney. When we arrived the receptionist told us it's not good to do that as you have to travel away from Disney into Paris and then back out again, so you need to drive. Which is easy TBF, but we booked a budget hotel to cut costs. ||||We went in to Paris for the day, using public transport. When we asked for help the reception again advised not to use public transport and take our car to the train station. We incorrectly ignored this advice. Upon our return from Paris, we found that there is no public transport after 10 pm, and there were no taxis or UBER. ||||All three mobile phones failed to direct us out of the town, and all mapping systems we had failed, and constantly returned us back to the town. They took us to streets which ended and became dirt roads, and directed us to ones which simply weren't there. We were left with a terrified ten year old and no way back to the hotel.||||After around two hours we flagged down a Police car who very kindly took us to the hotel. Had they not done it our only option was to walk around 5 miles back to the hotel using an A road we were confident would be correctly in place on the maps.||||So in summary, the hotel is fine, clean and as you would expect for an Ibis budget. But it is not convenient for either Paris or Disney unless you are planning to drive.

Just terrible. We stayed there for 2 nights. 6 people and 2 rooms. When we arrived one of the rooms smelled like tobacco (A LOT). They changed to another room which they said was the only one available, which also smelled like tobacco (less, but still disgusting). However, the worst part was the second room. IT WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. Since there was no other rooms we had to stay there. Terrible experience. Overall the hotel looked pretty nasty, with bad smell all over. A lingering smell of curry was in the air. Clearly some people were not staying there, they were living there. If they want to turn the hotels into refugee camps that is okay, but either stop receiving tourists or let them know what they can count on before making a reservation, it is common courtesy. If you are staying at this hotel and want to go to Disney or Paris centre be careful, because public transports are not accessible in this area, and probably will end up paying 70 euros in Uber to go there. Only good thing: the reception girl was pretty cheerful and helpful.
