I just love that place: the way it looks, the products and items, the variety, the quality... it's just a great experience everytime

Staff refused to drill some holes on our new plant pots (usually other Botanic shops do it) as they were supposedly too busy. Yet, a few staff members seemed available and the store didn’t look particularly busy...

Really frustrating when a shop advertises an opening time (09.30) and just doesn't open, especially when you've taken the kids and planned a day of things / jobs to do. We gave up after 20 mins. Nothing on the website, no notice on the window, just an empty shop & no staff. Wasn't just us as quite a few other customers had turned up. Really unprofessional

It is quite convenient. I like going there for their ranges of seeds that I take back and make great presents with them!
