Firstly, the staff is very rude and arrogant. They were acting like they were doing a favor on me and I am asking them money. Since, I didn't speak French, the nurse at the reception didn't listen to my response and literally shouted at me to speak French. How can emergency services act this way? absolutely disrespectful. The nurse should really be removed from her service for such arrogance. Secondly, I had badly hurt my foot and I was bleeding, the waiting time was more than 5 hours to get treated IN AN URGENCY WARD. Absolutely poor poor administration. If you have an emergency just please go to another better hospital but not this even if it is close to your house.

Terrible, terrible customer service. The gynecological nurse acted like I was making a big deal out of nothing even before examining me. She was not sympathetic at all and made me feel that I should not have come even though I was advised to do so by emergency services. That is not how you treat people who are in an emergency situation. A little kindness and understanding go a long way.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce centre. L’accueil est désagréable et le personnel manque de professionnalisme. Le docteur ne m’a pas semblé à l’écoute et a été négligent dans sa prise en charge. J’ai demandé un arrêt maladie compte tenu de mon état, mais il a refusé sans réelle explication. De plus, le traitement prescrit était vraiment minimal. Je ne me suis pas senti pris au sérieux. Expérience décevante.

Fuyez cet hôpital comme la peste. Psychiatre complètement cinglée qui classe en comédie des symptômes avant qu'on ait été examiné. Il se trouve que j'ai fait le même malaise quelques jours plus tard et conduite dans un BON hôpital, j'ai été bien prise en charge avec de nombreux examens. Ils n'ont pas eu l'air de trouver que je simulais mes troubles. Hôpital très dangereux ou vous pouvez laisser la vie.
