There’s also a serene lake that adds to the park’s charm. For those into fitness, the park has well-paved paths perfect for running or walking, and plenty of space for outdoor workouts. Families will love the well-equipped children’s play area, and there’s even a cafe nearby for a coffee break or a light snack. Peckham Rye Park is also a haven for wildlife, with plenty of birds and beautiful natural features that make it feel like a little slice of countryside in the middle of the city. It’s a versatile space that caters to relaxation, recreation, and social gatherings. Overall, it’s a must-visit spot in South London, and one of my personal favorites for spending time outdoors. Highly recommended!

Very nice, beautiful place, beautiful, like all the parks and gardens in London.

Absolutely a wonderful large open green park with ponds, children's area, skatepark, flower gardens.. its got it all.

Lovely park, explored it properly for the first time inside after only really passing by this park in the car. It has 2 lovely flower gardens and lots of mini wooden bridges and nature trails, and there is a mini canal running all through the park with small waterfalls in rocks, so was peaceful to listen to and watch, we really enjoyed being here.

Love this park, particularly this time of year. Wisteria looks great, lilac smells lovely. There's a tree walk you can do (100 different types of tree). Lots of young birds around the lake coots, Moorhead, geese. Cafe on site. Skateboarding area. Outdoor gym. Community garden. Playgrounds. They need to replace the curved benching in each corner of the Sexby Garden - all disappeared over the last few years - I miss sitting by the ginko.

Went there for a festival, it was very good. Started 1pm and finished 9pm. Marcia Carr Headlined alongside Buena Social Vista Club.. Wonderful sunny day worth going next year.

I came here with my two young children and we had a fabulous autumnal day out. The playground has it all: sand, water, rocks, trampoline, big adventure climbing, and smaller climbing and play equipment. They spent ages here - longer than at other playgrounds. We then enjoyed exploring the Japanese garden with all its gorgeous streams, trees and bridges. We'll be back soon!
