We had a terrible experience at this hotel as they close at 10 o’clock. The front desk is unmanned after t10 pm.

A place to sleep. The floors were very dirty and have not been swept or mopped for a while. Lots of garbage scraps stuck to our feet. Other than that, no other issues.

Mold in the shower, homeless in the back, if you request an extra bed then it takes up so much space you can’t open the door all the way. Walls are so thin you can’t open hear everyone talking in the other rooms.

In March 2013, I stayed here with my family during vacations. We were really delighted by our choice. The place exceeded all our expectations. Rooms were very clean and very pretty. Washroom looked fresh and functional. Staff was very polite and very much concerned to provide us the comfort we needed. Throughout our stay they always greeted us with a pretty smile. Food was very tasty, especially the breakfast. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to my friends and family members.

Clean room and spacious bathroom. There was tea/coffee station without a kettle. On enquiry, the response was that rooms don't have kettles but tea, sugar, coffee and milk was on a tray in the room, there was a base for a cordless kettle and fellow travellers did have kettles in their rooms. Hot water was offered in a carafe without a lid. It was cold and rainy but I was told that the water would not be affected as I walked back to the room in the rain. The service was disappointing. Thankfully it was a one night stay only.

After a horrendous journey, we finally reached the hotel after 23:00. The automated checkin did not work - either with our reference number or our credit card. However, the emergency phone number did work and the helpful overnight person gave us our key. ||||In the room, the handle for the shower came away and there was no security handle on the window so we had to sleep with it closed.||||Breakfast was OK. There was lovely bread to eat and a good selection of fruit. Coffee and hot milk were fine, but the hot water was barely warm and certainly not hot enough for a good cup of tea. Also, we avoided the cereals as they just seemed to be jam encased in biscuit!

We used this hotel as a waypoint on a trip across France. It is a bit outside the city in a commercial area, so you will need a car if you intend to eat elsewhere. The rooms are sufficient and clean, the bed was large and comfortable.||The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are the real reason why this hotel deserves a good rating. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help at any time. As soon as it was noticed that we didn't speak French, we were provided with multi-language menues and the waiter explained the days' special courses.

The staff were very friendly. However the room and bathroom could do with refreshing - not 3 stars! Dogs were lowed in the rooms at a charge of 5Euros a night - it would help if this charge was clearer on the web-site. The restaurant was excellent and well-worth using as it saves driving yo other restaurants in the vincinity. There is a very large LeClerc shopping centre close by + a chocolate museum.
