We stayed here for the Paris Roubaix challenge as two adults and our 1 year old. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for our needs and breakfast was plentiful and tasty!

Really nice city break hotel. Comfy room and helpful staff. A simple place to stay if visiting the city. Not far from the tram or metro or the grand place.

Loud Construction works woke us up every morning. On Sunday we had to ask not to work with the loud drills. Corridors and staircase left dirty from construction dust. Breakfast is very sad except for the bread and croissants. Some rooms smelled like cigarettes and old carpet. Staff was unfriendly and loud in the corridors.

Checked in on my birthday during a cycling holiday, having cycled 160km to get there. We arrived to find that the air conditioning in the hotel wasn't working. It was 28°c outside and even warmer inside the room. We informed reception it wasn't working. No attempt was made to change our room or check the a/c, they just gave us a small desk fan. We decided we couldn't stay, so asked for a refund. Receptionist rolled her eyes at us and asked why we even wanted a/c as "it's not hot". She was unwilling or unable to refund us. Had to find a new hotel at short notice and was left out of pocket. I really don't understand why the staff member in question has a job in customer service. The Mercure around the corner is more expensive but a vastly better experience.

Great Stay at B&B Hotel Roubaix – Convenient & Comfortable! I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Roubaix, close to Outlet, and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It's a great base for exploring the area. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – especially appreciated after a warm day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good selection of items to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Roubaix. It’s affordable, well-located, and offers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!

I turned up after cycling all day to find there was no air conditioning working, although the room was advertised with it. I was given a small fan but the room was so hot (it's August). When I asked for a refund I was told it wasn't possible, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told it wasn't possible. I've had to leave to find another hotel in an unknown city. I am now trying to arrange a refund but not getting anywhere as the hotel is lying and saying the AC was working fine. Very poor service! It's a shame as I always use Ibis. I would not recommend this hotel as the service is very poor.
