CHEMINEES CAMPO

Very professional and knowledgeable wood burning stove craftsmen. We initially contacted them because they were the only ones selling and installing Jotul stoves in the area but we were please to see that they were also very experienced compared to the others we had contacted. The showroom is very useful to get a view of different options, models etc. The installation went without a hitch; they were about to find the location of the existing chimney pipe (there was no chimney, just a conduct), install everything and clean after themselves in one afternoon. They were also flexible in installing the insulation layer behind the stove ahead of time to leave us some time to put some stone tiles. Overall very happy with the experience ; their communication / planning ahead of the installation is probably the main thing which could be improved (have a clear view of the delivery date from the point of ordering and less chasing from my end), but still it was ok - minor inconveniences really.

Ils ont su vraiment nous conseiller sur les débits et volume pour notre poêle à bois en fonction de la maison tout en restant sur des budgets très raisonnable. Poêle à bois vraiment de qualité nous regrettons rien. De plus pose et travaille soigner, artisans à recommander
