I order some high beams and other woods the quality of wood was not good. They pick up scrap wood and deliver to the house and when workers start work i realize there are damaged wood. Word of advice: always ask to check shipment there in warehouse and don’t wait until it’s delivered.

For truckers they have line of trucks for deliveries……but they only have 1 forklift to unload them ……. Took almost 3.30 to 4 hours just only for delivery

I spent close to 4k on lumber and hardware for my balcony extension, they delivered lots of 2x10x12 planks in horrible shape, kinked split edges and more. I contacted the seller, he said he would deliver new ones after I sent him pictures of the ones in bad shape, I called next day, he ignored, I called again and again and he kept ignoring, my carpenter told me the seller contacted him and asked for the remaining balance, my carpenter has an account there. Out of respect for him I paid but it is the worst experience I ever had with a merchant. There are lots of lumber yards in Montreal in very strategic areas, I suggest you carefully do a good research before spending a cent here.
