On May 29, 2026, I traveled in Paris using a vehicle provided by VIC Transport Paris for the travel agency I booked with. The vehicle had an extremely strong and unpleasant smell of feces throughout the journey. We were forced to endure this odor for hours. The company claims to be one of the best transportation providers in France, yet the experience we had was completely inconsistent with such a reputation. Assigning a vehicle in this condition to paying customers is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I consider the vehicle that was provided to us to be a great disrespect not only to myself but also to the other members of my group. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate its service quality beforehand in order to avoid a similar negative experience.

La voiture était super, on avait vraiment l’impression de vivre une expérience VIP haut de gamme. ✨c'est la premiere fois que j'ai laissé une note si longue comme un discours… Et surtout, Sabrina conduit vraiment incroyablement bien, elle met tout le monde en confiance dès le début. Franchement, toute la voiture disait la même chose : cette conductrice est impressionnante ! 😄👏 Sa conduite est fluide, propre, rapide dans les réactions, et en même temps très attentive et professionnelle. En plus de ça, Sabrina est adorable, douce, polie, avec une très belle énergie. ✨ Et honnêtement… elle est magnifique, on dirait une star ! 😄 On se dit vraiment : comment quelqu’un peut être à la fois aussi professionnelle, fiable et aussi charismatique ！！！

Chauffeur très imprudent et irresponsable ne respecte pas la conduite dans Paris. Conduis en forcing et un m'a même accroché l'aile de ma voiture. Je suis moi aussi chauffeur et je sais quand on doit laisser la priorité à un conducteur qui se sort d'une voie bloquée ce qui arrive très souvent dans Paris. Lui il se croit dans un car d'autos tamponneuses !

Magnifique prestation avec des véhicules de qualité . Nous avons fait appel aux transports Vic a deux reprises pour un groupe de 100 personnes. Les chauffeurs sympa en plus d'être professionnel .. Je recommande +++++
