We bought this month a wonderful house in Cotignac, Provence. Frédéric Pacaud coordinated all activities and communication as real estate agent. He supported us very professionally and answered all out questions very satisfactory. His engagement was awesome and he consulted us very professionally regarding the house deal. He provided us honest and clear feedback about the house and environment. He was always very polite and efficient and a great sense of humor. He was as well very supportive to explain as foreigners the French situation regarding the purchase of a house and helped us when our French was not good enough with translation. Even after sales he is always available to answer our questions and help us with utility and telephone companies. He truly deserves 5 stars for his great job.
