Hi Robertet team, I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my inquiry has been handled. After being transferred from Guangzhou to Beijing, I was repeatedly asked to provide company documents and information, which I submitted in good faith. However, it has become clear that the representative in Beijing has no real intention to support this project. The communication has been disorganized, passive, and ultimately a waste of my time and effort. Therefore, I am officially withdrawing my inquiry and request that all information I have provided — including business documents and personal contact details — be permanently deleted from your system. Please confirm once this has been completed. This experience does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a company like Robertet.
