SCI ROCH EN PREFECTURE

If I can but zero it worst, nobody know anything, no answer to emails, phone calls or even you can’t ask ask anyone because you can’t enter.

It's all about administration. You have to take an appointment .

The prefecture is very slow. I applied for my visa renewal in October 2021 and it's been 5 months that I've not received my visa yet.

Of course its a government office takes a bit of a time to get things done. Be there before 7am at the prefecture in the morning to get in the queue. It's an old beautiful building. You can visit the cathedral in front.

It’s must be the best prefecture in France ! Good service from the beginning to the end ! Merci🌷

Worst place I've ever been. Really awful service, people is rude and they don't know the procedures. Different people tells you different things, and they contradict each other. I give one star because they don't have an option for zero or negative. I really wish there was another option for people living in Rouen.

Today i had the appointment for interview of asking for the Nationality. I am impressed of all the officers of the perfecture. All of them were kind, very polite, and very helpful. Started from the officers at the entrance gate, the reception officer, the officer for the interview. And i met one lady who was the officer also.She brought me and my husband to find the stairs because the lift was out of order. I would like to thank you for all.

I hope that you will never ever need something from this office. It's horrible, I don't know why they are payed they don't even know how to do there job with there angry faces...... It's been 2 and half years since my sister applied for changing address on her carte de sejour but still they don't know what's the problem and why they can't see the application. And for me it's been 9 months since i applied for my titre de voyage but I'm still waiting.
