My favorite DIY retailer. Acts as commercial platform between client (You) and service provider for home improvememt projects i.e. carpenter or electrician. Manages entire process from order, parts, service delivery, support, invoicing. Reliable, trust worthy, solid.

I am very disappointed with the service. Aurora was extremely unfriendly and showed no willingness to help. As a customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and support, but unfortunately, I did not receive either. If all employees treated customers this way, the company would definitely lose its customers. I hope they will pay more attention to customer service and professionalism in the future.

If you have a return policy like most stores these days you need to inform your staff that the return item won't be deducted from their salary! I spent a good 15 minutes listening to a whiny associate reluctantly refunding my item though she shouldn't but she will... Blahblahblah That's why I go amazon

Terrible service at returns. Bought two sets of tiles to show a client and when I returned them I could not be re-imbursed as the agent said they needed to be packaged as they left the store. But how do you show a client the tile samples unless you open the package ??? No one in the store seemed happy to be working there...not a smile in sight...looked as though they all came out of an army boot camp. I'll try else where with friendlier service. By the way...the cherry on the top ...in the return dept. there is a huge banner stating: No problem with returns.... you can return goods with no discussion !!! Ha ha !!! When I pointed this out to the agent he said .....yes but there are exceptions...... dishonest advertising. Go elsewhere.

The team at Leroy Merlin have been superb assisting us in major renovations at our apartment in Les Issambres. Despite our poor language skill set, all staff went the extra mile to help and advise. So friendly and positive. Love This store.

You can find everything you need and the employees are helpful. Sasha helped me with my kitchen project and he was knowledgeable and helpful.

A much bigger place than we expected, lots to choose from, plenty of parking outside and easy to find with sat navigation.

An excellent shop, well stocked with good products and friendly staff. Very clean, new organised. Recommended.
