J ai acheté du Rimmel et'qui s'avère être de très mauvaise qualité. C'était sec et inutilisable. A éviter!

I felt lucky to find this store! Even though it is quite a small shop, but it got everything about make up. I love how they divide the section into part of the face, makes us easily to find what we need. Their price was also affordable and I could find almost all my favorite drugstore make up here.

Review for Saga Store – 20/06/25 at 17:20 My visit to the Saga store on June 20th at 17:20 was, frankly, appalling. I encountered two young female assistants whose behavior was so unprofessional it felt almost theatrical in its rudeness. As a non-French speaker, I expected at least a minimal effort in customer service — instead, I was met with bewilderment and blatant indifference. The first assistant acted as though the concept of a non-French-speaking customer was entirely alien to her, repeating that she “didn’t know anything,” despite clearly working there. At checkout, the second assistant’s passive-aggressive attitude was unmistakable. She squinted at me as if language comprehension were a personal offense and made no attempt to communicate clearly or politely. I had already overheard her being dismissive toward an elderly woman earlier, which should have been a warning sign. As I left, both assistants laughed behind my back. For a store that sells beauty, the customer service was anything but. Their conduct was not just unhelpful — it was degrading. Let me be very clear: this kind of behavior is not only unacceptable — it’s reputationally damaging. If Saga is serious about customer experience, these two should be spoken to immediately. If they aren’t, then I’ll assume this kind of conduct is endorsed at the managerial level — and I will escalate this further.

Amazing store with amazing staff! I go there everytime I am in France, and I always find something. The prices there are really good, so is the choice of brands .

It's quite a small store so can get a bit crowded at certain times of the day. Having said that, they stock a ton of brands so is worth checking out!

Extrêmement bien reçue et conseillée dans ce magasin de produits cosmétiques: maquillage, soins du visage skincare, soins du corps, des cheveux et parfums à prix très raisonnables. Low cost mais de qualité. 3 jeunes femmes à l'écoute à qui j'ai du coup demandé leurs prénoms: Wassima, Léna et Saymia (si j'ai tout bien compris). Magasin bien situé pratiquement juste à l'angle de l'avenue Jean Médecin à Nice, côte d'azur, France. Spacieux, bien rangé, propre et avec un choix de marques assez important émanant des pays différents USA, Turquie, Espagne, Corée du Sud, etc... Je suis ravie et recommande vivement, j'ai même fait créé ma carte de fidélité. Merci et à bientôt 🌺

Des produits de soins et cosmétiques pour la grande masse de consommateurs qui n’a pas les moyens de trop investir dans des produits de grande marque. Beau magasin, avec les produits bien mis en évidence, des remises intéressantes pour Black Friday, une équipe de vendeuses un peu dépassée par la foule
