From the moment we arrived at the reception, we had friendly staff who were very efficient and knowledgeable. We parked in the car park adjacent and it was €24 for the night. The studio room was so well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come again when we visit Monaco.

Extremely poor service. When we were in our room, a few men peered in from the outside window and took pictures of us and verbally abused us. It turns out that the window was not closed when we checked in. When we reported this to the front desk they did not react to our complaints and merely asked us to stay in our room, although we were very scared. There was no refund, apology or explanation. We are very disappointed in this hotel.

Horrible Experience. Avoid at any costs. Reserved for 2 nights to explore Monaco. At the Reception got first surprise. Inappropriate behavior from reception team. They also asked for 100€ deposit while it wasn't mentioned in the reservation. The room type was superior apartment but what we got in fact was a flat at first floor somewhere outside the main building with a dirty sofa bed and empty fridge. Just compare photos taken by me and what they advertised. When back at the reception they mentioned its not necessary to post the exact photos online and we can have refund!!!! . At the end we had to cancel reservation. Told the reception that I'm going to write about this and he said yes go do it. What a shame. We ended up searching the city for the accomadation during the summer pick time at 10pm which ruined our holiday.

Bring you own toilet paper and towels and cleaning gear then you are fineNo service place and no cleaning unless you book over one week so live with dirty room and sheets and try not to run out of toilet paper during the night .. strange no service concept makes it a no go place

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Monaco Monte Cristo for a business trip and was very disappointed with the experience. The air conditioning unit in the room made a constant, loud noise, making it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, other equipment in or around the room also contributed to a very disruptive environment. For someone who needs proper rest during a work trip, this was extremely frustrating. The room felt outdated and in need of renovation. While the location is convenient, the overall quality does not justify the high summer prices. Perhaps the rate is different in other seasons, but for the summer period, it felt overpriced for what was provided. Another major concern was the attitude of the staff. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and at times rude. Any attempt to ask for assistance was met with resistance, as if guests were bothering them. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere that made the stay even more unpleasant. If you’re traveling to Monaco for business or simply value peace, comfort, and respectful service, I would recommend looking at other accommodation options until these issues are properly addressed.

Great place, very flexible, worked wonderfully for our family of 3 + one additional adult guest. What's cool is that it's technically in Beausoleil, which means Uber works there (it does not in Monte Carlo) - we were able to have Uber drive us there and pick us up for the trip to NCE. Very close to the train station too (check out and use the public elevators) and public transportation. GREAT breakfast options too (we are originally from Europe, but live in the US now and miss the European foods). Spacious rooms (we got a 2-bedroom apt), everybody had their privacy, while being able to spend time together too.

My stay at this hotel was terrible from the start. I was first given a room without a shower, and when I asked to change it, the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Eventually, they moved me to another room, but that one had its own issues. The air conditioning barely worked and couldn’t cool the room properly. On top of that, it made a loud noise every 20 minutes — all night long — which constantly woke me up and made it impossible to get proper rest. Smell not pleasant in the rooms I had to move rooms again the next day. Overall, it was an exhausting, frustrating experience. Poor service, faulty facilities, and no comfort. Definitely would not recommend.

Positives: Good location as in close to central Monte Carlo. Value for money? Perhaps. But, on the flipside, first impression, we arrive late (as we have informed), the guy working the night shift is all but nice. He is demonstrating by every means possible how irritated he is. Not a great welcome. Room? Spacious on paper, but layout is bad so the feeling is that it is very small. Comfortable? Not really. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Temperature in the summer heat? AC is very weak so air/temperature is not great. Will I choose this place to stay next time? Definitely not actually.
