Installed our two air conditioning units just prior to us returning to UK. So didn't have the chance to use to the full potential. For example hot or cold. On arriving back to our summer place. We turned it on as it was very warm.. It had developed a leak from the bedroom unit. Unfortunately it was Saturday night. We contacted the office as soon as possible Monday they came out promptly and sorted out for us. We can only praise the gentleman who now work for this company they are professional and prompt As a non French speaker (which I am embarrassed to say my husband speaks fluent French) Jimmy on reception helped me out so much (whilst my husband was in London) and he is a credit to their company professional and friendly so helpful. 100% recommend this company and their staff
