The surroundings of the restaurant are lovely and the service was very attentive. However, this has to be one of the worst meals we have had in France. A Caesar salad with enormous chicken nuggets instead of a proper Caesar dressing, a pork dish atop Italian pasta (fregola?) that look like a brown lump and a steak that could hardly be cut. As locals, we took out-of-town friends there and were embarrassed to have chosen this restaurant when there are so many good ones in the area.

We originally booked a two-night stopover here while driving from Barcelona to Cannes, but Domaine La Pierre Blanche completely won us over. From the stunning surroundings to the genuinely kind staff and hands down, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, everything was perfect.|We actually left for our 4-night stay in Cannes as planned, but we missed this place so much that we cut our Côte d’Azur trip short just to come back for a few more nights. A huge thank you to Sara, Natacha, and Thibaut for making our stay so unforgettable. I hesitated to write this because I’d love to keep this hidden gem to myself, but the team truly deserves the praise. We can’t wait to return!

What started as a quick two-night stopover between Barcelona and Cannes turned into the highlight of our trip. The property is beautiful and the beds are incredibly comfortable, but it’s the people that make it special. We actually cut our time in Cannes short specifically to return to Domaine La Pierre Blanche for a second stay. Special thanks to Sara, Natacha, and Thibaut for their amazing hospitality. I’m tempted to keep this place a secret so it doesn't get overbooked, but they deserve every five-star rating. We'll be back…as soon as possible! 🙏

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. The rooms are spectacular, the pool area very comfortable, the bar great, the breakfast excellent and a top class restaurant for dinner. Staff were so helpful and it’s close to Egylieres and St Remy for markets, shops and restaurants. We will be back!.

Another wondeful stay at Pierre Blanche! From start to finish the team always look after us in a special way. The pool area was a delight on this years visit as temperatures soar! We were also lucky to see the bulls running with Camargue horses which happens second week of august annually in Eygalieres. Food in L'Opale, as always, for both breakfast and dinner is superb and a big thank you to Joffrey and his team who never fail to deliver the best service!|Thank you guys.....we will be back!

Well, the chef tries to hard to be good. Less ingredients could be better. I do like the place, the terrace is great as well as the restaurant. The service this time was too slow but usually it is better. The staff is excellent as usual.|Thank you

If I could, I would rate this 6 stars. Pierre Blanche is a superb hotel set amongst vineyards and about 2 minute drive (10 min walk) to the beautiful village of Eygalières. Recently celebrated my birthday there with a group of friends and the team could not have been more accommodating to our needs. Joffrey went above and beyond to make all guests feel at home and organized some excellent lunches and dinners for the group. Especially, my birthday dinner…. Thank you so much to you and your excellent staff for a memorable night. |In summary, if you are looking for a hotel near Eygalieres that has a tranquil pool area, delicious food and friendly staff, look no further.|We will be back soon.

We celebrated my birthday with a fantastic dinner at L’Opale. The outdoor dining area is magical and the food and service are outstanding. The attention to detail is incredible and the food is not only delicious, but is also beautiful - like a work of art. It’s our second time dining there and we will return every time we are in the area. Magnifique!
