We stayed one night in the Saint Jean hotel in Cargese, 5 out of 5. Great location in the center of the city. The room was huge and clean, with a fantastic seaview on the coast. The owner / manager was super nice and friendly. Very good breakfast for only 9 euro. Great for bikers, there is a Spar parking right in front of the entrance of the hotel.
Only for one night recommendable. Positive was parking, location and price. Negativ is that it is very noisy, no summer blankets which means they only have heavy winter blanket in peak summer time. Also moldy tiny shower.
The food was good but not balanced with the price. The service was let's call it 'cold'. The bill was incorrect what was changed immediately but I had to check. The view was nice.
Very friendly staff, nice view and good atmosphere. We ordered pizzas, which was too greasy, and not living up to the standard we expected.
Amazing food and friendly staff. Staff can communicate in English, no stress of ordering in French. Lovely ambiance and very easy to find.
