I’m completely disappointed because I came here almost every month during the week when there’s not a lot of people and it’s ok but today was a total mess. First thing we enter and it was so crowded we couldn’t find a locker second we tried to enter the inside pool which was so hard due to the number of people there. We tried to go outside but the water was so cold I was freezing, considering the temperature outside is -1 I was expecting it at least warmer. At this point we decided to go out and tell them about the situation…at least we got a refund but the line to enter was so long we warn everyone about this problem. They knew about the problem but they let hundreds of people to go inside just to make money pretending nothing was happening. It would have been nice from them to warn their clients not just telling them “ah yeah we know it’s not hot but it’s holiday we can’t do anything” like what?! It’s seriously a shame. It was so nice, comfortable and agreeable but now it became a public pool.
The place was great, had to purchase towel for €19. Water outside I wish would be warmer. Clean environment.
Disappointing and Overcrowded I visited Calicéo Spa in Lyon on a Saturday, arriving around 12 PM, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. As soon as we passed by the bathrooms on the way to the pool, we were hit with a strong and disgusting smell—a mix of pee and poo. Not exactly the kind of ambiance you’d expect from a spa that markets itself as a wellness retreat. The spa itself has a large indoor pool, a smaller pool, a heated outdoor pool, and a few saunas. Based on the website, I was expecting a more diverse range of pools and areas to explore, but it felt quite limited. By 4 PM, the experience became unbearable. The place was completely packed, and the pool looked like a pot of meatball soup—so overcrowded that moving around was difficult. Any hope of relaxation was gone, with people crammed everywhere, kids running around, and zero tranquility. When we decided to leave, we had to wait forever for the changing rooms, (it was super cold and we were wet…) as they were all occupied. And just when we thought we were finally out, we saw a massive line of people still trying to get in. I can’t imagine how they could fit even more visitors inside. Maybe it’s better during the week, but on weekends, it’s absolute chaos. The website sells it as a refined and high-end spa, but in reality, it feels more like a low-end, overcrowded public pool. Sadly, we won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious spa experience, this is NOT the place to go—at least not on a weekend.
Top! Super clean, well served and very nice location.
Great facilities and the environment is quite clean. They even offer a beauty room outsider in case you need to dry your hair and put on make up after finishing the PASS hours. Will definitely revisit it.
What a joke don’t waste your time going there We paid a 2 hour pass, girl at the desk didn’t tell us that I couldn’t have a swimming short ans it is apparently compulsory in France to wear speedos or tight short and once inside they told me I couldn’t be there with those shorts. Super strict rules, no phone, no swimming short, what kind of place don’t allow that.
Very good and relaxing
