Great location, lovely staff clean room and nice shower. Perfect stop on the way to Paris from Switzaland. Town itself was beautiful to walk around and night, and lots of free parking outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

9/10. Great location. Fantastic view over the old city. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. The only annoying problem is connecting to the Internet. To connect you are being sent a code to your email address, but without being connected you can’t get the code!!! If you don’t have a SIM card you are out of luck.

Auxerre Ibis Budget is a well located and friendly good quality budget hotel The value for money is unbeatable having everything you need for a short stay. The room is lovely, air-conditioned the ensuite is lovely. The girl on reception was really helpful. They had the option of a full size parking spot for €10 or a smaller one that a motorbike would fit in for €5 so that was really good. It's a stone's throw from the centre of Auxerre with nearby restaurants and great views.

Clean, comfortable, modern and reasonably quiet. Very reasonably priced for pleasant room. Friendly, helpful staff.
