We stayed last july for 11|Days with our two small boys! What a lovely stay!❤️ we loved our stay, and the owners Marion and Philippe|Are so warm and welcoming. As a Family they know what also|Other families need. The Hotel|Is so charming in location, layout and style. The Rooms|Worked well with bunkbed for the kids.|There were also sun Chairs,|Umbrellas and Water toys we Could|Borrow which made the stay easier. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast a couple of|Times in the garden. So calm and relaxing. Every day if we wanted we got help for places to see, ways of travel or recommendations for restaurants.|We were so happy with our stay at this autenthic charming hotel! The rooms are also very nicely decorated!|If I were to add something it would be a mini fridge so its possible to Keep bottled water cold and stuff for the kids. As well the safe was not attached, so we Couldnt use it as one Could just ‘take it with you’. Small details that would make it perfect! ||Merci a Tout!||Jannicke

Lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful green garden. The hotel is located in a big old house, and this gives the hotel a lot of charm. Rooms are well renovated and they are planning on more renovation this October. Marion and Phillipe are very very kind and always ready to help you out with anything you need. The beach is around the corner and Antibes is only a nice walk or quick train ride away.

Beautiful, welcoming, and well-located hotel just a few blocks from the beach of Juan-les-Pins. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations for dining and getting around town, the breakfast was delicious and set in the lovely garden, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious for the price. I'd highly recommend for any who are visiting.

Very nice welcome and great recommendations, room was comfortable and clean. The building is charming and the location is also very good.

The owners Philippe and Marion are so lovely! They make the hotel. Their warmth is felt with all the personal touches. There's a lovely courtyard to enjoy breakfast or some relaxing time. Water pressure is strong in the newly renovate bathrooms. Location is great. 7 min walk to a lovely public beach. 5 min walk to a grocery store. I would stay here again.

I loved this charming hotel. The location is so convenient to the beach and train station. The old building is beautiful, up on the hill looking down on the town. There is a beautiful garden that would be lovely to sit out in during warmer weather. The room I stayed in had been recently renovated with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The best part of the hotel, however, are the two owners, Marion and Philippe who are so helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in helping their guests get the best out of their trip to the beautiful French Riviera.

I had an excellent two night stay. The bed was comfortable and linen clean. The bathroom was spacious and shower large enough to use without difficulty. The air conditioning kept the room cool at night. The host/owners were very kind and helpful with all my requests. A short walk from the beach and many restaurants. I would 100% recommend and would return in the future.

This place was absolutely fantastic! It went way beyond my expectations! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, honestly the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The property itself is full of charm — a historic building that’s not very big, but it feels so warm and cozy. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and surprisingly bright, especially at night. I really appreciated the lighting, I found many places tend to be too dim, but this one got it just right. The location is also perfect. It’s very close to the train station and within walking distance to Antibes, which made exploring the area super easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. If I come back to the South of France, I’ll definitely stay here again!
