Great spot, owner is very nice!

This happened a few months ago, but I decided to leave a review after a friend recently mentioned feeling judged and experiencing impoliteness from the staff. My friends and I visited this store and from the moment we walked in, one staff member kept watching us and seemed to follow us wherever we went. My friends noticed it too and we even joked that maybe she thought we were stealing because the attention felt so unusual. I was the one trying on clothes. While I was in the fitting room, she came over then pulled open the fitting room curtain while I was still changing and asked does it fit?. I was shocked, deeply embarrassed and didn’t know how to react. There were many other customers in the store, but I didn’t see anyone else being watched or interrupted in the same way. Your staff violated my privacy. We were also ethnically different from most of the other customers there that day. I don’t know what her intentions were but the whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. It was the first time I had ever left a shop feeling like that and we ended up leaving without buying anything. To the owner: I was surprised to see that several customers described experiences very similar to mine, I feel that what happened to me was not an isolated incident. I also noticed that, in several replies, you make serious accusations against customers or refer to possible legal action. Because of that pattern, I am genuinely concerned that you may respond to my review in a similar way. I want readers to know in advance that my review is a truthful account of my own experience and I stand by every word of it. At this point, I am tired of seeing customers experiences met with accusations rather than reflection. If you disagree with my review, I ask that you address the specific events I described instead of making personal allegations. If false allegations are made about me or my experience is misrepresented, I will defend my rights through the appropriate legal channels.

Meilleure boutique d’Avignon ! Cela fait des années que je vais dans cette boutique et l’ambiance y est toujours aussi agréable et familiale ! Les vêtements sont incroyables et on vous conseille toujours aussi bien! Allez y les yeux fermés, ils ont également une boutique sur Nîmes :)

C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cette boutique pour acheter un cadeau pour mon amie. La vendeuse est souriante est très sympathique ce qui fait vraiment plaisir. Il y a un large choix de vêtements et d’accessoires très sympathique. Je vous conseille de venir 🙏🏼

En weekend à Avignon pour le jour de l’an nous avons été attirés par la vitrine de prêt à porter French retailers présentant des articles tendance,originaux et raisonnables au niveau des prix tant par la boutique des hommes que celle des femmes puisque ce couple de commerçants hyper agréables possèdent 2 boutiques l’une en face de l’autre en plein centre névralgique d’Avignon. Lors de notre visite et nos achats ces commerçants boutique femme comme homme nous ont proposé une réduction immédiate sans que l’on ne demande quoique ce soit. Ce geste est super et surtout très commerçant ce qui nous poussera forcément à revenir d’autant plus que nous nous rendons souvent à Avignon pour une escapade. Cerise sur le gâteau petit clin d’œil pour les filles de Saint Eugène c’est un signe! Bonne continuation et bon commerce à vous. PS: Cette boutique existe à Nîmes pour ceux qui se rendraient là bas. À essayer donc sans hésiter si l’accueil est le même et je pense que oui puisque apparemment il s’agit de leur fils.
