So far very disappointed and dismayed with the administrative aspects of this company. Can't even review the work done because it has not been completed yet at the neighbors. Other neighbors impacted and myself have been waiting over a month for a simple report in order to activate my own insurance to resolve a problem stemming from the building construction. Twice, this company has cancelled scheduled appointments meant to ascertain and address the origin of the leaks at the last minute. Why is responsive and responsible customer service so difficult?
