My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here on our last night in Menton. The space is cozy and not very big inside, though there is a large patio for the warmer months. The service was friendly and attentive from all members of staff. The food was excellent - we shared the pesto burrata, parma pizza, and tiramisu. It was the best meal we had on this trip. I would highly recommend La PecoraNegra to anyone visiting Menton.

While visiting from California, we had a wonderful experience at La Pecora Nera. The charcuterie board paired with limoncello was an excellent choice — fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The sea view made the experience truly memorable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. We also loved how the restaurant feels modern, clean, and stylish, which added to the comfort and overall atmosphere. A beautiful spot in Menton for great food and an unforgettable view. Highly recommended.

Our pizzas were floating in tomato soace. They were like tomato soup with some bread on the sides. One of the pizzas had the olives and meat just tossed on it after it was ready.

Too popular for its own good. We had reserved a table but ended up standing outside and then being placed on the nearest available empty table. The pizza is Neapolitan style but not as good as the 6 euro ones we have had in Naples. I’m sure the ingredients are good, but our trip from Nice plus two pizzas and two glasses of Prosecco ended up costing 100 euros. We had visions of what Rick Stein has done in Padstowe, with a high end fish restaurant, a mid range restaurant and a fish’n’chips cafe in the same village. Priced appropriately. This was nothing like that. Glad we tried it. Won’t be back.

We came here three nights in a row during our Menton stay! We came here to try the pizzas on our first night in Menton. We heard they were amongst the best worldwide! We were delighted to find they absolutely were… fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and very filling. But the real star of our meal was the Pomme (apple) sorbet! It was unreal and unlike anything we have ever had. We have not seen this before and doubt we will again for a while. The blonde waitress was especially kind and helped us get ice cream the other nights - she was a true gem and credit to the restaurant! Thank you!

La Pecora Nera is a fantastic place to eat. We stumbled upon it after a bad experience at another restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly improved our mood. The food was exceptional. The pizza was delicious, and the vitello tonnato was fantastic. The wine selection was also impressive. We decided to share a dessert, which was a pear with mascarpone sauce. It was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t resist having a second dessert, so the lovely lady offered us a baked apple with caramel and ice cream. We waited a bit for it to be ready, but it was worth the wait. Overall, La Pecora Nera is a great place to eat. The chefs are talented, the waiters are friendly, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

We had a comfortable experience at La Pecora Negra. The pizza’s are very tasty and cooked to a high quality. The service was a little slow but then again it was during the lunch rush and the restaurant was very busy.

We came here mostly cause it's Mr Mauro's restaurant and it was good idea. Delicious pizzas and good ambient.
