Terrible experience. I came to pick up my package today — my last chance before leaving Paris for a long time. I arrived before closing time and waited in line for 20 minutes, only for them to close the door in front of me. The man working there was rude and dismissive, saying, “Why didn’t you come earlier?” — even though I had arrived earlier and had been waiting the whole time. I’ve never seen such a long line at any pickup point in my life. You should hire more staff. It’s incredibly unprofessional to shut a pickup point before the posted hours (it’s always said 21:00 — even on Apple Maps), especially when customers are clearly still waiting. Now I’ll never receive an important package because of this. Very disappointed.

I used their service for an Amazon retour. One day, they accept the Amazon retour and the day after no. On top of it, they are not at all friendly. I would use their service again only if I don't have any other option available.

A place to pick up parcels for the mondial relay for the nearby neighborhood. Always have queue

Very bad service, u wait for 15 20 mins in the queue and then they say machine not able to scan. They dont speak french or english which is another challenge!

Mondial Relay réception and delivery with small ahop attached. They seemed to be pretty efficient last time I visited and there was not too much of a queue.

Friendly staff. The most efficient relais in the area with accommodating opening hours.
