Checked into Villa Labrousse and were shown to our room. We had a room on the main floor of the house next to the owner’s room with whom we shared bathroom facilities. Our room was small with a king size bed in a room designed for a regular size bed. The sheet was probably meant for a regular size bed, not a king, as it was way to narrow. The thin bed||cover was also just wide enough to cover the top of the bed. The wall outlets did not work nor did the single bed lamp. The overhead light did not properly illuminate the room. There was no safe in this room. There was a bathroom with a sink and toilet and a separate room for the shower. Both were adequate, but did not have any ventilation. There were at least two bedrooms downstairs and another two on the third floor. A nice suite was on the fourth floor and it had a nice view of the sea to the south. All of the rooms, with the exception of ours, had a refrigerator so we got to use a shelf in the main refrigerator to store our things. There was a very nice pool and many tables and chairs for seating around the pool and on the main level deck as well. For the price our room was sufficient for our visit to Guadeloupe and the facility was only a twenty minute ride from the airport.

Hotel is located far from the city center near a highway and a noisy car wash. No restaurants nearby. Hotel dioes not have a restaurant, nor does it provide breakfast. No coffee in the room, nor even a bottle of complimentary water. The hotel did not even provide a bar of soap. The hotel charges 20 euros per person service charge, for what. The hotel charged me a total of 130 euros (80 euros lodging and 50 euros transportation).for one day stay. I have visited more than 80 countries and I consider my stay here as the worst travel experience.

good erea, but it's near the highway, so big truck my shake, the building, narrow stair are not easy for people who have difficulty going down stairs.the owners are very friendly and helpfull i suggests asking for the rooms above and now below wich seems like a basement, rooms are clean a little inconvenient of bugs to watch out for at night in the rooms below.its near a car wash gas station bus stop that it can take u direct to the airport and not far from a mini mall.
