GAUTIER FRANCE

I have been a Gautier customer for over 4 years now and have spent several thousands of Euros on their furniture in the UK. I originally purchased through a reseller who had great customer service and was able to help with any questions/support. Since dealing with Gautier directly (Chiswick/Chelsea), I have wasted months of my time repeating myself and trying to obtain parts for my furniture (a combination of warranty claim and purchasing outside of warranty). It has been nothing short of a nightmare in terms of the (lack of) customer service. They only want to 'sell' and talk about the amazing offers they have available but are rarely able to help with any existing issues or problems. On one recent occasion, I was told that a manager (Alex) advised that when I purchased my furniture, I did not have a warranty as per the terms and conditions with Gautier. However, this was a false claim made by Laura in the Chelsea branch who did not have any idea what she was talking about and did not care to seek clarification/explain. More recently, I have even tried to reach out to Gautier Franchise/HQ management based in France and am still waiting to hear back from them, having been promised contact with the right stakeholder from Gautier SA. After paying a premium for the furniture, the least a customer would expect is a reasonable level of after sales and customer service from the brand and retailer. I hope this would at least raise awareness for any NEW or PROSPECTIVE customers looking at Gautier to be conscious of this but also to raise the visibility with the management in the event that this is not communicated internally.

Стаете на въезде,идете в бюро, с права!дадут карту,покажут где будет загрузка,и где выезд с фирмы!у меня была загрузка склад 64В,грузили з боку,загрузили за 15 минут,листами фанеры!С открытием ,закрытием шторки прицепа+доски, креплением ремнями ,все заняло 40 минут!Ваша ЦМР!Все оперативно и быстро!

Фирма отличная. Чего не скажешь о сотруднике который грузит дсп, длинный в очках. Кричит постоянно, чем-то не доволен. За это фирме одна звезда. Если тебя человек не понимает, вылези из погрузчика и покажи, но не надо орать в своей будке. Хотелось бы чтоб руководство приняло воспитательные меры.

Après avoir attendu 3 mois un lit commandé sur Fresnes, j'ai annulé ma commande car l'usine attend toujours un contrôle de qualité sur le revêtement de la tête de lit. Ils ont pris ma commande le 10/09/2022 pour m'annoncer en janvier que ma commande ne serait pas livrée. L'usine s'en fiche royalement si le client annule sa commande. On veut commander des meubles français mais la fabrication ne suit pas. C'est le client qui subit. Par contre, pour prendre les commandes avec un acompte, aucun problème. Je déconseille.

Der Graukopf von Staplerfahrer an der Abladestelle 64 B ist ein absoluter deutsch-Hasser. Keinerlei Kommunikation mit dem möglich. Er hat mir falsche Paletten aufgeladen,weil er es nicht hinbekommen hat, die richtigen Paletten vernünftig auf den Auflieger zu platzieren. Ich weiß nicht,ob dem klar ist,das ich über 1000 km gefahren bin um das Material abzuliefern. Und jetzt mit den Schrottpaletten ,die der mir aufgeladen hat, 1000 km zurück nach Deutschland fahre. Ne Absolute Null der Typ. Ich hoffe, wenn ich nächstes Jahr wiederkomme, ist der alte Sack in Rente. Die Fa. wird sich bei euch melden... Viel Spaß

Chargement rapide, après ça reste des panneaux de bois qui glisse mais le cariste est super. Il se preocupe que tout soit bien sangles tendu comme il faut. Personnel sympathique.

На шлагбаумі до охорони,там все розказують-показують. Загрузили бистро. Виїзд з других воріт. Грузили якісь коробки на палеті. Можливо фурнітура до меблів.
