Friendly staff, and we had coffee and calamari—both were delicious. The river visible from the side was beautiful, which made our stay very pleasant.

Had one of the best antricot beef steaks here in a long time. I chose to have it well-done and was lovely. The french fries were absolutely delicious too. Situated on one of the canals, the location is great. Would recommend.

We ordered carbonara and it was delicious!I totally recommend. The atmosphere was warm and cozy,the view from the windows was beautiful! Me and my friends loved the place and next time we visit annesy we're going to have our lunch there! It was the best carbonara I have ever eaten in my whole life. And the waitresses were so kind and sweet!

The lasagna was very delicious, I still want to try it again. The staff are very understanding and helpful!!

Would give negative stars if I could. We had lunch here and were looking forward to a picturesque meal by the canal. The waiter comes by and spills a pint of beer all over me. Completely drenched from my head down my shirt to my trousers. We were understanding of the situation, however, at the end of the meal the wait staff completely ignored what had happened. They charged us the full bill and were unapologetic. They only begrudgingly waived the price of one beer (the one they had poured all over me) and refused to do any better than that. They kept raising that it was their waiter’s first day and was therefore entitled to make mistakes, completely missing the point that the customer should not be bearing the brunt of their inadequacies. We were understanding to this being his first day, but received no acknowledgement that the customer should not be made to suffer. As we expressed our displeasure, they even brought up calling the police to settle the dispute. Completely unacceptable service and attitude. DO NOT visit at risk of ruining your whole day.

Rstaurant is located in a very beautiful location, there was enough staff, the food was good and the service was good.

I had the best fish and chips. Was exactly what I was craving and was a large portion for the price. We also had a banana split between two people and it was soooo good. But would be too much for one person.

I really hate to leave negative feedback especially in the town i live.As many people know during hot and sunny days Annecy is busy and overcrowded.I visited this place during the "apero time" at 5.30 pm. We approched a waiter so that we can be seated. Unfortunately,he responce was very rude. Soon after we were seated and we placed the drink order. The drinks were served 30 minutes after. I noticed all the staffs were very stressed.
