Marc is a untrustworthy, unreliable and liar of a man. He made promises of finishing a construction in 1 year and we are 2.5 years further and we are still at the start. He says he has bought all the materials but they are still nowhere to be found. He keeps making promises that he never keeps. Honestly it amazes how you can be such a awful person.
