This is a great company which has helped me with two different problems this year. The first occasion I've already positively commented on - a superb company. On the second occasion I had the privilege of encountering an intelligent and very smart young man - Hakim - à determined troubleshooter who was détermined to sort out my climatisation problem even though the problem was certainly not évident but he kept at it until he found à solution and fixed it that day, for which I was immensely grateful. And EPCSB sent him to me quickly because they knew I needed help. Hakim is à respectful, caring and very effective technician, who is obviously proud of his work and of his company and so he should be. A pleasure to be with. Thank You Hakim and Thank You EPCSB.
