The room was lovely, and the food in their restaurant was exceptional. Charlee, Hotel assistant, went above and beyond in assisting us with getting critical information to outside sources that was extremely time sensitive even though the hotel’s power and internet was out the entire day we were there.

Ostella is a very nice place, with very helpful and nice employees in the reception, the restaurant and cleaning service. It was just a very nice experience. We found everything to our satisfaction.

Great hotel with parking and electric car charges. Friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. Comfortable room too. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to explore the area, it's handy for the ferry though.

Despite the kindness of the staff, the location of the hotel is pretty inconvenient to visit the town, the rooms we got needed a revamp, the bar closes very early and the ‘beach bar’ is not by the hotel but it’s a 4 minutes drive crossing a high speed road. Also, the team at reception wasn’t able to provide us with a booking for a visit to saleccia. However, it is close to the main road to the port and breakfast was delicious. Spa was ok.

The view from our room was amazing. The reception staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was not as good as I remembered from our last stay, but the food at breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly, making us feel welcome.

The staff and restaurant are perfect... But the hotel is not well located (especially if you do not have a car). The restaurant on the beach can be reached thanks to the hotel personnel driving back and forth and you can spend a lovely day at the beach, eating yummy things in a great environment (the downstairs is better than the tapas upstairs). All in all I found it very expensive given that we had a small room on the second floor facing a parking lot but I liked the beach part and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff very much

Do not stay! The rooms badly kept and need a serious revamp. Smelt bad and was dirty. They need to repaint and update. ||The hotel does not look like the photos online. The beach you have to cross a motorway to get to ( 15 mins walk). ||Not an enjoyable experience

The receptionist was very friendly, but apart from that our stay was disappointing. The Spa Area is just a small swimming pool and our room could have needed a renovation (the bathroom fittings were partially broken, the TV Screen was heading towards the Window and couldn’t be moved and the seal at the balcony door was partly gone) All in all extremly overpriced in my opinion.
