Instead of facing the facts, L'Oréal simply ignored the arbitrator for 21 days, dragging out the clock until the case was closed on a technicality regarding purchase jurisdiction. Their high ratings are just a corporate facade—"pure smoke and mirrors" (עורבא פרח). When they have your money, you are non-existent to them. Worst company and products. Especially Loreal India. I purchases shampoo and conditioner . It happen to be fake. I sent the product to Loreal India for testing. The never replied or showed any kind of concern . Seems like selling substandard product and cheating customers is their company policy
