The technician was Tony and he was really nice and professional. I inquired about additional home security equipment such as the centralized alarm detection system as well as the smart/connected lock. He was not pushy and provided me with some insightful advice. I gave him my contact details (email) so he could send me a "devis" (estimate) and sure enough I received them two weeks later. I accepted and we scheduled a date for the installation. He arrived on time and spent ~6 hours to install both the centralized alarm system (with detectors) and the smart connected lock. He also explained what he was doing at each step to be fully transparent and also helped us install and set up the equipment on the apps on our smart phone. Tony was so nice and hard working that I invited and treated for a much deserved lunch at the restaurant. I totally recommend Tony and IBER Protection for home security equipment. They are professional, transparent, reasonable in terms of pricing (they will provide only the best quality equipment & brands like Fichet), and experts/knowledgeable on their products.
