Family room was ideal for us. Great to have electric car charging space in the car park. Check in was easy. Breakfast was reasonable compared to the price. All good - thanks!

Easy location with secure parking. Room Ok. Pity restaurant shut but Warren pointed us an easy route to restaurants 10 minutes away by car. Breakfast Ok other than the coffee - seems these machines do not make good coffee.

I would like to share my experience..... Arrival was very welcomed, there were 2 receptionist one guy one girl sorry for boy can't remember name, girl was Maria, their welcoming was outstanding, went to about 50 ibis hotels before but this is best crew. Best Service best attitude. Smile on their faces, professional behaviour... Ibis should be proud that they have staff like thatz definitely coming back again

We stayed at this hotel from 8 to 12 July 2025. The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the centre of Albertville and is located near the main roads leading in and out of the town. There are several hotels and a supermarket near the hotel. The room was reasonable with modern décor but needed furniture for storing clothes when staying for more than two nights. There are only a few hangers hanging on an outside rack with no cover for clothes. The bed is not very comfortable. The bathroom is good with enough space for two people's toiletries. Breakfast is varied and of good quality for a 3-star hotel. The staff are professional but not very friendly.

We stayed overnight on the way to the ski resort and took a family room, which was a good size. Breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice on offer.

Great customer service, the manager Florian is professional and speaks English fluently. The waitress as well is courteous and professional she made me feel right at home in the restaurant as I was solo. |The only issue is that the rooms are a bit tired. |The restaurant is good. The breakfast just cold food.

Fake Air Conditioning. Does not get cooler than 23 c. I’m naked on the bed sweating. Not sure if it’s regulated by their manager but it’s just a turn knob and fam selection in the room. I have it in 15 and the front desk guy agreed that it was functioning but just not well enough as it was certainly not 15 in the room. All I needed was 18 to rest. Unfortunately if you are a human that sleeps best between 15-18, you will not sleep well here. I asked for help and the poor staff had to kindly just say sorry as there’s nothing they could do. It’s maybe 77 out at 1am so cracking the window doesn’t help either. Other than that it’s wonderful but in the end a hotel is absolutely worthless if you can’t sleep there. It was a nice place to lay down and sweat alone in a box all night is how I was sum it up.

Another travel at the Ibis in Albertville and honestly the reason we keep coming back is the team and the extra care they deliver to every single guest.
