Fantastic naturist campsite which has just celebrated its 50 years of existence. Yes access is a tad difficult because of a fairly long gravel track (didn’t stop me from going back twice and I’m travelling on a bicycle with a trailer) but it is well worth it as the place has a very special feel mostly due to its owner Annie whom runs the place in a very relaxed way with some regular folks also helping to make everyone welcome. I made friends in no time. Food is great, particularly the salads and I never had so many mussels with my chips anywhere else and all that for very reasonable prices considering the area. The facilities are basic but adequate, the surroundings are fantastically wild and quiet (sorry folks nothing can be done about the cicadas!) and no light pollution for stargazing fans, magic. I know I’ll make sure that I’ll stop by anytime I’m in the area.

Although the top location on a mountain in sunny Provence adds a lot of value, some of the general maintenance took down the impression somewhat. For example, many of the roads were poorly maintained. The bathroom was filled with black centipedes. The restaurant wasn't even open off peak season which it should be, considering the closest decent supermarket being 8km or so away. However, there were many highlights too. Croissants were good value. The woman in the reception was very friendly. We weren't charged extra as our plug didn't fit in the electricity supply, but could still charge phones on location. The naturist camping was very calm and quiet; a peaceful spot for low season naturists or other people that just want a quiet space. It's possible to charge some electrical devices in the bathroom as long as the plug is not too "thick". Plenty of oak trees and meadows around. Warm showers, especially if used one at the time. Sports wise it's a good selection outdoors. Ping pong, volleyball and a swimming pool for when weather is dry. Possibly some board games indoors for rainy weather could enhance the experience a little.

Naturist Camping rural with swimming pool great place for those who are seeking real nature

Peaceful place ,very nice people. In the middle of nature with a swimming pool and restaurant. One hour from St.Tropez ,Nice and the Alpes. Always good weather in the Summer. Not expensive.

Tussen 1995 en 2003 kwamen we meerdere keren op deze prachtige camping. Na de brand in 2003 werd Italië ons vakantieland. Nu, na 20 jaar, weer terug. Er is weinig tot niets veranderd en juist dát vind ik zo fijn. Annie is nog even gastvrij, het eten, de drankjes en feestavonden bij de Bergerie nog even gezellig. Het zwembad is ruim en kraakhelder. Er is een nieuw toiletgebouw bijgekomen. De douches zijn warm (ook 2 koude douches), voor de rest slechts koud water. Er staat een wasmachine in het oude toiletgebouw. Er is (nagenoeg) geen Wifi op de camping. De toegangsweg van bijna 3 km is recentelijk opgeknapt en goed begaanbaar. Veel vaste gasten die jaarlijks terugkomen naar dit paradijsje. En ook wij komen zeker terug!

Ja het is een oude camping en ja er zijn plekken achterin (waar je niet heen hoeft te gaan ) vol met oude caravans en andere zooi. Ook het oude sanitair gebouwtje (waar wij in de buurt stonden is echt oud en warm water moet je uit de douche pakken. Ook de elektriciteit is niet super maaaaaaaar. Wat een heerlijke plek! Een enorm ruime plek met een prachtig uitzicht . Annie de eigenaresse loopt zich 3 slagen in de rondte , is super lief voor al haar gasten en de pizza’s , de kleine maar heerlijke kaart en de gezellige gezamenlijke maaltijden zijn echt heerlijk en ook betaalbaar. Er wordt op een lekker niveau petanque gespeeld door de vaste gasten waar je elke dag om 16 uur aan kunt sluiten . De sfeer is fantastisch !Het is wel erg stil op de camping maar goed de drukte kun je opzoeken in de prachtige stadjes rondom. Oh en de toegangsweg is lang maar wel Begaanbaar vanaf de D652. 1 tip : rijd niet helemaal naar boven met je caravan als je geen 4x4 hebt !!! Ik kom er graag nog eens terug.

Ricaricarsi nel bosco Dopo una strada d’accesso non asfaltata da percorrere molto lentamente, si arriva al campeggio immerso nel verde con piazzole spaziose, alcune con elettricità, alcune senza. Noi eravamo vicini ai servizi un po “vintage”( che non ci è dispiaciuto), funzionanti, puliti, ma che avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. La piscina è in ordine e piacevole. Le partite giornaliere di pétanque, la serata “Pizza” e la cena in comune ( con menù fisso) al sabato sera rendono l’atmosfera molto famigliare. La fornitura di pane fresco la mattina e il wifi gratuito presso il ristorante funzionano bene. Nota amara ( rispetto alla descrizione sul sito) è che il negozio è molto poco fornito e non ha prodotti freschi. Su richiesta la padrona ci ha portato formaggio e insalata. Riguardo le attività il mini-golf non esiste più, mentre il tiro all’arco è possibile, ma noi non l’abbiamo fatto. Consigliamo il campeggio a chi vuole passare un periodo di tranquillità in mezzo alla natura in modo semplice.

Nous avons passé un week-end au plus près de la nature dans un camping calme, loin de toute civilisation, ce qui est plutôt très agréable pour se ressourcer. Les emplacements sont généreux et non linéaires ce qui permet un espace de vie entre chacun bien plus agréable. Nous avons apprécié les randonnées naturistes praticables sur l'immense terrain forestier du camping. Nous avons été accueilli par Annie la propriétaire qui est d'une grande gentillesse et qui se coupe en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients. Le côté rustique du camping le rend atypique et l'accès par la route donnée par dame nature, certe un peu difficile, fait tout son charme. Qu'est ce qu'un peu de poussière sur une voiture ou tout autre vehicule pour trouver au bout du chemin, une tranquillité loin de la folie urbaine. Dans "naturisme" il y a le mot nature. Pour ceux qui pourraient penser que nous sommes de la famille ou des amis, ce n'est pas le cas. Nous sommes des clients qui réalisons la route des campings naturistes de la région PACA. Ils sont tous différents, grands, petits avec des structures plus ou moins récentes. Les campings naturistes sont pour la plupart familiaux tenus de générations en générations.
