Incapable to refund a wrongly send item when using their online shop. Received a front brake instead of a rear one, checked with their customer service if they can replace it. As they could not I send it back and after 5 weeks, 4 emails and a PayPal claim all they care about is deleting comments on their Instagram posts. To be frank this is ridiculously bad customer service.

Visited the store to pick up a Bmc fourstroke three purchased through their online shop at a great price / the store clerk who hosted us explained the basics of the bike , set up suspension travel based on rider weight profile and advised on required accessories. After doing the first ride today, the bike was built as expected and is wonderful to use. Great experience allaround ! Thank you Maxime!

Very bad Support. They send me a wheel with a cut. I contacted with their client attention but never answer me...still waiting for a solution almost one month. Not recommended..

A very good store with a lot of range of stuff. Staff was also expert and helpful.

The worst customer service. They don't return to me 50€ that they owe to me. They don't care about the customers if they buy or not.

Magasin / atelier avec un super mécano pour l’entretien de mes cyclos. Julien s’occupe de mes vélos depuis presque 15 ans et son travail est toujours remarquable. C’est un technicien passionné, extrêmement compétent et rigoureux, qui apporte à chaque fois d’excellents conseils techniques adaptés aux besoins réels du client. J’apprécie particulièrement son honnêteté et son professionnalisme : ici, aucune volonté de pousser à la consommation lors des réparations ou des entretiens, seulement le souci du travail bien fait et de la satisfaction du client. Une adresse de confiance que je recommande sans hésiter.

Visité en février 2026, personnel très pro et à l’écoute. Il a su mon conseiller pour mon VTTAE et les accessoires. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer et m’a donné de très bons conseils. Je recommande fortement! Merci à vous.
