Amazing customer service, delicious food and very comfortable rooms. Excellent price point as well. Definitely recommend to stay here!

The hotel is situated in a residential area, with free parking underneath the hotel. There is a lift from the car park to all floors. We were welcomed by a lady who made us feel so welcome, explained everything and made sure we were happy and comfortable.|We had booked two rooms, one double and one twin for the three of us. Our son had the double as the shower is located over the bath and quite a big step in. (I had not long had a knee operation so this worked perfectly with us having the twin room and walk in shower). |The rooms are beautiful and well thought out. Our twin had a balcony with two chairs, a desk area, the twin beds together, two easy chairs and the bathroom to one side. The rooms were quiet and incredibly comfortable.. There is air conditioning although the weather had been raining prior to our arrival so wasn't too hot. |From the balcony you could see Spain, where we were heading the following day. It took us through the town a 7 minute ride and we were in Spain the next morning and on our way. |Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. No hot dishes but we didn't feel we missed out. There were croissants, bread, meats, cheese, fruit , juice and galette. We didn't go hungry. This was served by a friendly man who possibly was the partner of the lady we had met the previous day. Again very friendly and made us welcome. |Our only gripe was there is no where to hang a towel in the shower so you walk straight out into the main bedroom. Sink is also located in the bedroom . The double room had a curtain between the bed and the shower area, the twin room didn't.But we would happily return. Our balcony looked down on the pool which looked amazing we just didn't have enough time to try it. |We would definitely return and again it is so close to the border.

Very new hotel, convenient for rail travellers, friendly welcome and very reasonably priced. |Room well appointed, balcony overlooking pool, good shower and bathroom facilities in a bit of an unconventional form. Good sleep.|Didn’t use the pool because of the weather but it looked immaculate. |Breakfast decent quality buffet at v reasonable price.

We arrived at about 8pm for an overnight stay. The owner was very welcoming, but unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed as it was Sunday - something to be aware of if you arrive expecting a drink and/or a meal. The room was lovely, very quirky, modern design with a great shower, big TV and huge bed. Very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. We wished we'd had more time there to enjoy all it had to offer. It's extremely close to Hendaye train station which was brilliant for us as we had an early morning start.

Great stay at this modern hotel. Room was spacious & clean, bed comfy, had a small balcony with chairs & a view of the pool. Stayed 3 nites, had continental buffet breakfast which was fresh & plentiful. Ate dinner at the restaurant - great food & very well priced. Menu came in both French & English. Staff were friendly & helpful. I could not fault this hotel & I highly recommend it

Lovely hotel close to the train station. My room was modern and spacious with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was quiet due to the time of year, and it was wet and slightly cold. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, a good selection of bread, fruit, ham and cheese and other bits. I enjoyed my short stay and would return.

Clean, quiet, comfortable not far from the station. Good breakfast. The proprietor is very helpful and keeps the hotel to a very high standard. The bedroom is spacious and has a very good shower. It also has a very useful balcony. The 3 star rating is very well deserved.

Friendly and informative welcome. Absolutely beautiful (superior) room. Very spacious. Stylishly furnished. Comfortable bed and sofa. Great open bathroom...bright, light and airy. Immaculate housekeeping. Great linens...and so nice to have a fridge. very nice terrace with pleasant pool view. Quiet. We´re self isolating (age and more) so unable to try restaurant this time. Very good secure parking which allowed us to leave car fully loaded for continuing our long journey next day. Highly recommend this property which is in a great location for a stopover or a longer stay. we´ll be back very soon.
