Unfortunately, I am compelled to leave this review due to an appalling experience with your customer service, which is far below the standards of a luxury brand. I purchased a pair of high heels in Paris, and after only one use, the strap broke. While such issues can occur, the handling of my repair request has been nothing short of unacceptable. On June 13, 2024, I brought the shoes to your Cannes boutique, where I was assured they would be sent to the atelier in Italy and that I would be kept updated. By July, having received no updates, I had to personally visit the boutique to inquire. I was informed the shoes were in Italy and would not return until September due to atelier closures in August. September came, and again, there was no communication. I followed up yet again, and a staff member promised to inform the manager. Still, no one contacted me. I escalated the matter to customer service in Paris (twice) where I was once again told the manager in Cannes would handle it. Now, five months later, in November, I have had no updates, no emails, and no resolution. Only one WhatsApp massage that alert was sent to atelier. Despite my extraordinary patience and repeated efforts to resolve this, I have been completely ignored. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any business, but this is really upsetting as Saint Laurent is my beloved brand. I am extremely disappointed. I look forward to your response.
Great service reserved my item online walked into store and perfect service very friendly 100% shop in this boutique again when travelling
It was okay I was in the store 3 times and the first two women's were very unfriendly the first one was talking to me very unfriendly and the other one said that because I'm Polish i speak Russian and she said too that polish is same as Russian and she was very Rassist to me. But the last women was very friendly to me her name is Maurane. So if someone is going in the store to buy something everyone should go to Maurane she is really the most friendly and respectful woman working.
I would like to share my awful experience in this shop and terrible customer service. I didn't expect in luxury shop that customer service will be so bad. The workers didn't pay attention to us. When I asked for my shoes size the worker said wait a minute and I waited for 5 minutes while she talked with her colleague. And then when she give me the shoes (almost throw it to me) she just left without asking how is it, is it good, do u need another size. In addition, she tried to know where I'm from when i didn’t want to say it, but she was so pushy. I think for luxury brands and shops behaviour like this and try to figure out the private customer's information is inappropriate. In the end, I just left a shop, cuz of the terrible customer service and awful guest treatment. I don't recommend to come to this shop, because it's not what u expect from brand and especially because of the workers cuz they super unprofessional.
Was in yesterday dealing with Christian. He is a GEM. Loved working with him and really positively impacted my experience. He made sure my husband and I were comfortable and remembered the bags I liked when I came back after seeing the city to purchase my bags. Unfortunately I forgot my passport so ended up needing to go to nice, where the SA was so awful. I’m thankful I dealt with Christian who was patient and kind, otherwise if I only visited in Nice I wouldn’t have bought the bags I left with! Thank you Christian and Saint Laurent Cannes for your world class service.
Unfortunately for a luxury brand the only service I received was from the door attendant opening the door. The two sales women who were working there did not even blink an eye or greet as they were chatting to one client. There were two and I was the second. After being in the store for about five minutes , I realized they were not interested in my business so I spent my money in Chanel. Sorry, Saint Laurent Cannes you must have enough clients to pay for your salary. Never again.

Absolutely ridiculous cashier. Forced me to follow her guidance for taxes refund while saying the other shop (Celine) I've bought from didn't follow the proper process for global blue. Boasted about how she was so knowledgeable with new regulations, etc. Note that I had to do absolutely all the filling by myself, as opposite to Celine that took care of everything. Eventually, I'm stuck with a nonrefundable taxes of couple hundreds euros. You had one job! Despicable service. I'll never step foot in this brand worldwide ever again.
