Absolutely fantastic place for bird watching. The trails are well maintained and were not very muddy even after a few days of rain. Lots of well maintained blinds which allow for close up viewing. Very special. We even saw a wild boar. A bit too close… but we saw it!

This place is great for a half-day outing. Easy to visit with a clear trail, plenty of explanations about the different species you might encounter, impressive viewpoints, very clean, and adapted for kids. You can tell the people taking care of this sanctuary put a lot of efforts to share their passion We highly recommend getting the binoculars to be able to fully enjoy the observation points.

Excellent bird watching here. We spent about 3 hours here in the middle of the day and saw many different species of birds. Definitely rent a pair of binoculars when you arrive to enhance your bird viewing experience.

A relaxing 7km walk through a purpose built bird attracting wetland. Many species can be seen here from well designed bird hides, containing informative description panels. If you don’t have your own binoculars you can hire them from the office as you enter. The walk took me 3 hours.

A lovely quiet place for a change of pace. Easy to walk footpaths and a chance to see a range of wild birds as nature intended. A couple of advisories: It’s a long walk to the best views - 4hrs to see the whole place (and stop to watch the birds). Younger children might not make the distance! If you are susceptible to insect bite, wear long sleeves and trousers - I was eaten alive! Take a drink and a snack. There are toilets on the way round but you’re on your own for refreshments. Well worth a visit.

Very pleasant and well taken care of bird sanctuary. Easy walk on clearly marked paths and with many hideouts to observe wildlife at your own pace. Ideal for photographers with telephoto lens to shoot the wildlife around you or wide lenses to capture the captivating landscape.

If you like to walk & enjoy seeing birds in the wild, this is a great place to visit. Allow 3-4 hours for a walk that covers all of the viewing shelters. Less than 2 hours if you take the short route.... the best birding will be missed. Take something to snack on & drink. Lots of shade while walking. Take your own binoculars, the loaners aren’t very good. 9 Euros to get in. Free parking

A wonderful reserve, full of biodiversity. The lady at the counter was very nice, welcoming and spoke English. Unfortunately the guided tours only available in French but not a big deal. The brasserie next door however is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided. Read the 1-star reviews there and avoid the fake ones. The reserve management should do something about it as it ruins the overall experience
