We are very very pleased with our new swimming pool. All the staff at Everblue are pleasant and professional and the whole experience was stress free. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my salt machine so went into the shop in Carcassonne. Firstly the lay out of the shop is fantastic, the swimming pool inside the shop, the lighting the displays is very upmarket and classy and we felt good just walking in. We were greeted by a lively lady who welcomed us and listened carefully to me trying to explain the problem. She then discussed the problem with another lovely lady in the shop and they then booked an engineer to come our the same week. James, the engineer arrived early and quite clearly knew the solution straight away, he reset the machine and it worked perfectly straight away. I could not find a solution to the problem online or on YouTube. The whole experience was a joy from start to finish. I won't go anywhere else now.
