I dont post reviews for doctors, however after 2 consultations that cost 150 Euros and having my symptoms get worse, having to wait 2 weeks for the second consultations despite having worse pains, having a rdv being cancelled 45 minutes before I arrive by someone who doesnt work there( illegal in france due to protection of patient information). I am forced to give the median score of everyone here. I had to have an operation for a Hernia, as I begun to have loss of strength in my leg after his osteopath treatment..all of which could have been avoided with a simple reference for an MRI

Similar to what others are saying, I made an appointment on Doctolib and when I arrived there was simply a note on the door saying that they would be absent indefinitely. Highly unprofessional to have not notified me in any way, and my time has been wasted. I hope that my meds will last...

I had an appointment yesterday at 9:00. I was 'happily' pacing the corridor between 8:40 and 9:45 because the waiting room doors were closed all the time. I was ringing the bell every 2 minutes, but noone responded. Today I received a message from doctolib that the doctor marked me as no-show. With the 'best' of my moods I went there again today to ask the doctor why he did that despite he was the one absent yesterday, not me. Guess what? Today I arrived at 9:20, and there were 3 people waiting in the corridor, the waiting room doors still closed. They told me that they received a message that he will be 30 minutes late. At least they got some message giving them hope, unlike me yesterday. I decided not to waste any more of my time and left before he arrived (assuming he arrived at all). The painful thing is that I had visited this doctor 4 or 5 times before, and everything was fine until 4 weeks ago, when I had another RDV, but then he cancelled the visit 6 minutes after the RDV start time. So obviously I was already there, and my time was wasted nonetheless. After yesterday's second failure, I'm not coming back.

Appointment was at 9:00 (the first appointment in the morning), at 9:37 I left without having seen the doctor. The door was still locked, we were three people waiting. Although there is a piece of paper on the door saying that he may be a few minutes late in the morning, "a few minutes" are definitely not 37 - at the minimum, because who knows when he actually turned up.

The doctor deserves a 0 star rating due to a delay of over an hour without any communication! Despite numerous attempts to contact the doctor by phone, there was no response. Consequently, I left. Adding to the frustration, a message from Doctolib incorrectly stated that I failed to attend the appointment. This experience was deemed unprofessional. So disappointed!

The most unproffesional doctor. Two times me and my husband were waiting for our visits and doctor didn't show up! He cancelled the first visit 1 minute after it should have started, and second time one day later he wrote on doctolib that we didn't show up!

Professional, considerate, knowledgeable: asks questions to provide the best solution to the patient. I do not see why all the negative reviews.

Made an appointment, waited for over an hour - the doctor did not show up. No answers, no cancellations from the doctor. Very unprofessional.
