Avis
We spent a short evening on this beach, we watched the sunset. Parking is large, there is beach volleyball field.
Nice beach with loads of sea shells. Fun for the kids. It’s not very clean water though. No big waves there. Could be a good place for one day trip for the family.
We had booked 4 nights in a chalet 120.00 per night. We had arranged to meet our son there, and he was in an RV. There was no website to check facilities and with no French and they no English we were very limited on information. We flew Ryan Air with one small backpack. Luckily, our son was ahead of us because the chalet came with no bedding, towels, toilet paper, or soap. There are no supermarkets, cafes, or anything else in this place. It was about a 5k cycle to the next town. Which we did daily to get provisions. It is a big Campervan site, but it was practically empty. They requested a 150. Euro damage deposit, which had to be in cash and returned at the end of our stay. Security is very tight in this area You pass through a checkpoint on the way to the campsite, and there is a key that lets you into the gate to the campsites. The beach is across the road, and it is a kite surfing beach. It is a very quiet campsite, the person who served us was very friendly.
The beach is spaceous and wide. Tons of shells. A bit industrial view on the horizon. It was windy at the time I've visited it (Feb).
Whater was full of sea grass and crabs 🦀, and I did not find a toilet and a wardrobe locker room ( But the view of the sunset opposite the airplanes ✈️ that are landing all the time, one by one - that is fantastic!!!
For kite surfing a great location, as a beach location, not really nice. Nature destroyed by industry, special atmosphere
Not the warmest vibe, great spot though.
Just a long beach, good for dog walking.
