ALARMES COFFRES SECURITE (ALCOF SECURITE)

I had a very good experience today with Moulay, the locksmith sent out by ALCOF securite. He was professional, fast and polite, and charged me 40% less than the also highly rated competitor in this area. After installing the new lock, he also advised me on a less expensive option for getting additional keys at their boutique on Avenue de Ternes. Very honest and much appreciated - thanks!

He did his job. He was over two hours late. Kept saying “on the way” when he clearly was not. Utilizing a translation app on my phone I picked him up saying “I’m going to charge for the most expensive” lock that was being replaced. Sucks to take advantage of people, but I guess that’s the world we live in. Thanks for opening the door, and my wallet.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Alcof Sécurité Neuilly pour la pose d’une porte blindée. Tarifs particulièrement élevés pour une prestation entachée de nombreux manquements : erreur de mesures, pièces manquantes et absence de vérification conforme après l’installation. Les différents interlocuteurs se renvoient la responsabilité et certaines attitudes ont été irrespectueuses et inappropriées. Les techniciens sont intervenus à plusieurs reprises pour tenter de corriger ces défauts, sans que le résultat final ne soit à la hauteur du prix payé. Mon courrier recommandé est resté à ce jour sans réponse… À FUIR !
