TRANSEPT

Excellent hotel for a transit stop. I had not booked and was tired after a long drive from Austria to the Pyrenees, and decided to stop for the night. Hotel is next to the highway, but a bit of a challenge to find using your car GPS, especially as the roundabout after exiting the highway has 7 exits. I missed mine and found myself in a small neighborhood.

Fabulous welcome, easy parking, room small but as described. |Strange there was no kettle but apparently the French way. |A couple of weird things were that the girl wanted to service the room at 9.40 the next morning when checkout was 11 but there was no ‘do not disturb’ sign. |Most ridiculously, rather than a key or key card, you had to input a 7 digit code to get in the room, with an extra 1 for fun to get in hotel after 9!!! |Good cold buffet brekky.

Great hotel, no issues with the services. Big shout out to Clara she was super friendly and welcoming, she deserves a pay rise or promotion :)

had a good stay at this hotel overall. The price was fair and the cost-benefit ratio is definitely a strong point. The room was clean, the location convenient, and most of the experience was smooth — I’d rate it an 8 out of 10. However, there were two things I didn’t like. First, I arrived after 9 PM, and when that happens, guests are directed to check in at the regular IBIS hotel next door, instead of the IBIS Budget. The receptionist there said he had to take my credit card and look at the back of it — including the security code — because they didn’t have a card machine available at the time. While I understand the situation, I still believe it’s important to have the card terminal ready, as handling someone’s full credit card details like that is not a safe or professional practice. Second, the bed in room 182 was not very comfortable and could be improved. Other than that, everything else was fine

We stayed here for four nights in an accessible room. Very spacious bathroom. Hotel is well located for what we needed to do. Ate in the restaurant in the other ibis hotel next door on two occasions. Very nice.. Staff were lovely. Continental breakfast very good. Will stay here again.

The receptionist lady at the check in was very rude. She spoke no English at all and she didn't help us in any way. We asked for restaurants and she said there were any (we found out afterwards that we could have dinner in the ibis next door!), when I took the highchair to give supper to my 1year old baby she yelled at me that I couldn't stay in the room as she had to work there but then went smoking outside with her colleague who was rude as well! I felt so badly treated I will definitely never go back. She gave us a room next to the reception so it was noisy and we had no fridge.

This is not a safe place!!! We got robbed here in the parking!! NEVER STAY HERE, or if you do - TAKE EVERYTHING WITH YOU! Dont leave anything in the car! EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN FROM US

Very competent and welcoming staff at reception who were ready with our details provided pre-arrival. |Room and everywhere very clean, comfortable bed and good night’s sleep. Good value breakfast and plentiful. Plenty of safe parking. Would recommend this chain and would definitely stay here again.
