Exceptional experience every single time! I visit Paris several times each year and the first thing I do is go to the salon for a cut with David and a manicure with the wonderful Laurence. David is the best hair cutter in the world as evidenced by his enduring fame and constant coverage in Vogue etc. His hair products are also part of my regular routine - I can’t live without the hair serum!

I treated myself to a visit at David Mallett Hairdressing for my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. David is an incredibly kind and elegant person, and so easy to talk to. Beyond his exceptional talent and attention to detail, he truly made the whole experience special and very asthetic. Thank you for making my day so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I was in Paris and had the BEST experience with color by Sarah and cut by Alain. From the service to the results... and the ambience of the salon. Everything was just perfect. Please if you are in Paris have your color done by Sarah. She is the absolute best. And Alain too!

Amazing experience at the salon today. Bruno did my keratin treatment and I’m very happy with the result. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. He took special care for my hair which really needed it. I would definitely recommend Bruno and will be coming back.

Marcelle did my color and Yon my haircut. I left feeling and looking fabulous with a French bob and perfectly blended color. Going in my hair was a mess. It was embarrassing. It needed lots of fixing and Marcelle and Yon did a superb job. Thank you!!

Sometimes when you go to prestigious salons the people are snobby and you would think this being in Paris but David has truly created an atmosphere with down to earth professional and talented people. I loved everything about this salon. The atmosphere, energy, and vibe. Very cool. Bravo. I saw Alain for my cut and he was wonderful. Did exactly as I asked and immediately made me feel comfortable. And I saw Giorgio for my color who is so fun. Could stay all day hanging out with these people. I also had a keratin treatment which was a game changer for my hair. Highly recommend if your hair is damaged by heating products like mine. Merci David Mallett for creating this wonderful experience I will be back!

I was end of August at the salon in Paris. This was the best experience ever. I want to thank the entire team. I am a just normal person with thin short hair. Nevertheless, I left the salon with the feeling to be very special. This is so important to me. I am still full of joy while preparing my hair every morning. Barbara did a fantastic job and Sarah did the color. Hairstyle and color is outstanding. But how they mad me feel was unforgettable. Thank you Barbara Thank you Sarah. I will be back without any doubt.

The host at the Notre Damn location was extremely rude. I made my appointment on the phone. I did not receive any confirmation texts or call follow ups. Turns out the reception gave me the incorrect time, and I arrived 30 minutes late. Worst, there was no confirmation text that I received or any phone call to confirm this appointment. With a luxury service, confirming appointments is the bare minimum expectation. I am greatly disappointed. I had an event tonight I wanted to look great for and they turned me away. Although I know the stylist are the best in the city, the aggressive, eye rolling manor of reception, failing to confirm an appointment and delivering with such attitude makes me question if this is worth coming for. I came here before and loved it, but honestly this person made me feel horrible, clearly did not care about the time I took to get there and the time of mine that was wasted. Very disappointed and saddened.
