I ordered 4 Cruise Chairs last summer. 2 arrived broken, one was smashed. Since then I believe the company has changed hands. Ksenia in the shop in Cannes took the matter in hand and within a week I had the 2 replacement chairs. The range of furniture is excellent quality and innovative design and I now have every confidence in the company in its new guise and will certainly buy from them again.

I bought a table and 6 chairs from Ethimo early this summer. It was a bit of risk because the table was not for show in Cannes and there was no other way of seeing the table other than by visiting the website. The contact with Ethimo was very helpful and we decided to buy the table. It turned out to be an amazing table and we are very happy with it. The best experience with Ethimo followed after a few weeks when we spotted a crack in the wood of the table. The crack could have been fixed but Ethimo decided it was a factory fault and they replaced the table within 2 weeks with no further questions asks. The aftersales of Ethimo is extremely professional. I can highly recommend Ethimo because their products are amazing and the service is superb. Rudy
