I strongly recommend the agency Signature, Mr Sebastien le BALCH and Mme Elena Mosey, a husband and wife team for their efficiency and professionalism. Time was not wasted for me as they had selected only the ones for me to visit after I had explained what I wanted when I was searching for an apartment in the same area, Mr Le Balche had "insisted" that I visited an apartment which he was sure that that it was what I was looking for, he was right, I sold my house and bought the apartment. Highly recommended. Sebastien at Stephane Plaza Immobilier was excellent throughout. Professional, friendly and authentic. He really wanted to make sure both the seller and the buyer were comfortable. We had a slightly complicated dossier but thanks to Sebastien for checking in at the right time and calling our broker to push for clarity on certain topics when it seemed we were running out of options.
